MDMartin LLC is a full service staffing company based in Dallas, Texas. It was established in 2011 with the goal to become DFW’s most efficient, cost-saving, and reliable, full service staffing service available. Another goal of MDMartin is to give back to the community in which it works. In addition to helping local job seekers find work, MDMartin and its principals volunteer in local non-profit organizations as well as make charitable contributions to various groups in working for the community. The principals of MDMartin have found local companies and employers aggressively seeking Asian American candidates to help diversify their work force. Many of MDMartin’s clients are Asian American as well. Teaming up with Asia World Media was a natural fit to help in recruiting for this niche market. The principals at MDMartin LLC have a collective 20 years of professional experience in various industry sectors including food service, private equity, wealth management, marketing, and business development. The President of MDMartin LLC is Mark Lee. Mark comes from a background in finance and investments with strong roots in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Mark started MDMartin LLC in the spring of 2011 with a few partners, in hopes to bring sound financial acumen to the staffing industry. Mark graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BS in Financial Economics from the Dedman School of Economics. He is also very active in the Dallas Korean community with his involvements with Korean-American Coalition, DKSA, LiNK, KAPN. Mark is also and a member of the Greater Dallas Asian American Chamber of Commerce. David Chun is the Vice President of MDMartin LLC. David has numerous years of experience in helping clients make financially important decisions in order to achieve the client’s goal. His vast network of contacts and natural problem solving ability leverages MDMartin in the staffing industry by fluidly connecting clients with their needs and providing solutions to their problems. David received his BBA in IT Operations Management from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. As the Vice President of MDMartin, David is responsible for MDMartin’s daily operations. MDMartin LLC’s head of HR is Robert Fernandez. Robert brings years of experience as an office manager. In addition to managing others, Robert functioned in the past as a marketer, courtroom assistant and translator for Spanish speaking clients. He has gathered exposure as a social worker and is currently the academy director for a local soccer club, in charge of recruiting, building and developing his club teams to excel. Robert attended Belmont University with a collegiate soccer scholarship and has a degree in psychology.
